SigRefBase contains more than 200 datasets describing signals on shortwave and VHF/UHF. For each signal technical parameters like baudrate, shift, number of channels aso are stored.

Additionally , wherever possible, pictures with audio or RF spectrum, sonagrams or phase constellation are stored. Each signal can be played as a wave file to get an impression how the signal sounds like.

This knowledge database was developed for the professional needs in the field of spectrum management and radio monitoring. The database can help to train operators in these fields or to be the basic knowledge database for a monitoring system. 

The optional graphical user interface can display or modify the content of the database. New datasets can be added. Further functionality is also available.
